As a part of our Community Programs we have sets of portable water stations we can provide free of charge for large outdoor community events. To request one or more portable water stations, please complete our portable water station request form. The value of the water stations is a $500 per day in kind sponsorship.
We'd love you to share the use of our portable water stations on your event's social media posts, website. Just let us know if you need photos or our logo to use. It's a great way to get your attendees to avoid single use plastic bottles too - we recommend reminding patrons ahead of time to bring their own water bottles for a free refill.
Requirements
Before completing the application, please ensure the following:
- Applications must be made at least six weeks prior to the event.
- All associated documents to be received at least five weeks prior to the event including; specific location (google map, event site map etc) of where the water station will be located and your Public Liability Insurance paperwork (Certificate of Currency)
- The portable water stations must only be connected to a tap supplied by TasWater reticulated drinking water
- Drinking water tap should be within seven metres of the portable water station site
- The water stations must be collected from and returned to your nearest TasWater office in Devonport, Launceston or Moonah.
